I have always been fascinated by the written word. It is so much more than we make it out to be.Words on the other hand are just so magical ,paired with photos then it's a beautiful marriage!
On joining ABSA in July 2013, I was appointed as a Customer Services Agent in the Policy Services Department on a temporary basis. The match was instantaneous stemming as it was my first formal job. Through hard work and principal application, I was approached to become a Retentions Consultant in the Policy Cancellations team on a permanent basis in July 2014. With growing passion in the assistance industry and seeking a challenge I founded an internal quarterly newsletter July 2016. During this role I was tasked as the go to person for all news regarding the operations team. It is on this background information that I submit my application for this position. Apart from the rounded knowledge in the Financial Sector, I believe that I am well armed to tackle the task and hopefully grow myself on merit.
