My academic background sharpened me to become a research focused and conceptual minded individual. As part of my studies, I executed a number of projects among them a communication processes observation at a sizeable organisation, an integrated communications campaign at a non-profit organisation, a multi-platform social media audit and an employee communication satisfaction survey at a hospitality concern.
