I am passionate about health, fitness and wellness in my own life and value any opportunity to assist other individuals in their own lives to become fitter, healthier and happier which in turn benefits an organisation's work ethic and productivity.

During my career thus far I believe I have gained valuable knowledge of the corporate wellness industry in South Africa through the various tools and concepts that I have helped develop and implement and have seen the positive outcomes.
A career aim is for me to delve more into the wellness sphere and be part of a team to 'well up' individuals through various initiatives and programs.
