Marilyn, has been working in the hospitality industry for over 15 years.
She started her career in London, working at one of the top 5 investment banks in the world, coordinating their Global Incentives and Conferences around the UK and Europe.
In South Africa, Marilyn has been involved with many aspects of the hospitality industry, including executing international conferences and events, on-the-ground group incentive travel into Southern and East Africa and acquiring a position in sales at one of South Africa's leading International Hotel Groups. The Incentive House & Events Company have recently focused an area of the business towards Government, by offering a personalized service within The South African Police Service, managing their events & initiatives campaign, to ultimately improve and refurb their sporting facilities & promote development within the 23 sporting codes that SAPS represents. A task so defined and so challenging has placed The Team in a position to acquire Sponsorship from Corporates in order to facilitate this movement for change in South Africa.
