I have the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. I understand business and its needs and I adapt to change easily to meet all expectations.
My customer service and people skills play a huge role in my success as a manager. I endeavor to instill in my staff an extremely high level of customer service. I believe that going the extra mile for a customer is what is needed in business; it is customer service which rates a company. Many of my achievements within companies have been customer service and performance related. I believe that a motivated team is a successful team. I have motivated my teams by offering incentives and positive constructive feed back. I take an interest in their abilities and their personal development; this allows me to track the performance of the business as well as individual staff performance. I believe a large motivating factor to the team and to the business as a whole is my passion. I am very passionate about my work, and developing it to its true potential. I put in what is expected and more to ensure the business is profitable and a success.
I take a personal effort in ensuring that all staff are trained and equipped with the necessary tools and skills to make the business a success. With knowledge comes motivation to work. I have implemented educational and training to fulfill this need. I have a good understanding of business and its growing needs and I have great success in achieving targets and maintaining allocated budgets. I have been on a recruitment course, and thus have been involved in all aspects of recruitment, always ensuring the right candidates are hired.
