I have in the past 2 years and to date been working within the Retail and Insurance Industry where I gained immense skills in Business Management. My goal is to constantly improve and gain even more, as we live in an information era, where knowledge is easily within reach.
I am passionate about people; I enjoy working with various personalities. I gain satisfaction and motivation by persuading people into buying what I have to offer.
My field work has afforded me the opportunity to refine my language skills; as I am exposed to a huge number of various cultures on a daily basis. I have learned that customers listen attentively and are captivated when you speak to them in their mother tongue.
I am currently studying towards a Regulatory Examination for Representatives’ level 1, which I will complete by the end of January 2015. Thereafter my focus is to complete my Certificate in Management Accounting, which is also part of my current studies by June 2015. On completion I plan to apply for a BA in Strategic Brand Communication before the end of 2015.
I am tolerant and patient, which allows me to engage with clients effectively. I am an efficient worker, an analyst who pays a lot of attention to detail. I adapt easily to new and different environments. I am an open minded individual who is eager to learn new things, as I believe the more you know, the more you can do.
I am target driven and highly productive under pressure. I believe in handling problems head on. I work well both independently and in a team. I am ambitious and thrive from meeting goals, it encourages me to raise the bar higher and also pushes me to strive for more and better
