Barham launched The MediaShop 21 years ago alongside Dick Reid and Sean Clarke. "It's time for new blood to come in and continue agency's forefront position in the industry. I have mentored Chris from the beginning and saw the potential in him from day one. I wish him all the best in his new role," says Barham.
"I am over the moon! I have worked for the agency for ten years and it means the world to me that the board has shown its faith in me. At the same time, I feel hugely challenged, as there is a lot I want to do and accomplish," says Botha.
