He hold a certificate in Human Resource management and National Certificate in Project Management. Served as a board member of Ledwaba Corporation and also a spokesperson of the board on matters relating to community investment and development. He was on the strategy planning on projects and programs delivery to clients in Africa, and fully responsible for Africa Operations. Currently shareholder of SECOPA, CEO of GTN Procurement and Supply. Member of Motsepe Foundation working committee.
