Interview with E&T Minerals CEO, Emmanuel Ngulube, in Impumelelo Top Empowerment Companies magazine

After recognition by Impumelelo Top Empowerment Companies in being awarded for our commitment to transformation in South Africa, the publication decided to find out more about Emmanuel Ngulube, CEO of E&T Minerals.
In their hallmark 20th Edition, we got to find out more about the man who built South Africa’s fastest growing mining trading house. One is able to establish that from his business philosophy why he must be cited amongst for South Africa’s business elite. From humble beginnings eight years ago, he and COO, Daniel Eyre, have established a company that will continue to exemplify innovative leadership that aims to make a significant impact on the communities in which they operate, as well as society at large in the role of transformation.

In his statement on the First Edition of Top Empowerment magazine, Nelson Mandela stated, “The arrival of a long-dream-of democracy has given us the chance to build a South African Nation.” A new youth movement is emerging in South Africa’s mining industry and E&T Minerals are leading the charge. We, at E&T Minerals are dedicated to continuing the work that is needed to build a ‘Rainbow Nation’.

This is a great honour for all of E&T employees as they measure their performance against South Africa’s most empowered companies. E&T are exploring new approaches, new encounters and new challenges so that Madiba’s dream can become a reality for all South Africans.
