In association with FNB, Topco Media is hosting a pre-launch networking breakfast for Top300's partners and advertisers. This prestigious and exclusive event is to be held at the magnificent 5-star Green Rated Portside building, the tallest in Cape Town's CBD, on 29 August 2014.

Joining Zille on stage, guest speaker Nils Flaaten, CEO of Wesgro, will discuss the benefits the Western Cape offers as an investment destination and Lance Fanaroff, joint CEO of Integr8, will take a look at how to make the most of being listed as a Western Cape Top300 company, with specific reference to how Integr8 has used the exposure to encourage growth and success.

In addition, Stephan Claassen from FNB will be taking guests on an early morning tour of the recently completed Portside building, and Top300 will be hosting two fast-track networking sessions throughout the day, making this an opportunity not to be missed.

Wesgro, the official investment and trade promotion agency for the Western Cape, has thrown its full support behind Topco Media's Western Cape Top300 publication, which highlights the strengths of the Western Cape as a business and investment hub, and seeks to unite key stakeholders and investors, both local and from abroad, with the public and private sectors to establish important relationships and help drive growth and prosperity in the province.

Western Cape Top300 will promote trade and investment in the province by bringing key stakeholders and decision makers in both the public and private sectors together to the benefit of all.

"The Western Cape is an exciting and professional environment in which to invest. Cost-competitiveness in various emerging sectors, a young professional workforce and world-class infrastructure makes the Western Cape a beautiful place to do business." - Wesgro

Both local and international investors continue to embrace the Western Cape as an investment destination owing to the province's picturesque setting and impressive economic growth over the years.

The impressive Portside building is the first 5-star Green Rated high-rise building in Africa. It is located within the Urban Development Zone, as well as within the Central City Urban Conservation Area, attracting many investors to the landmark tower.

A joint initiative between Old Mutual and Firstrand Bank, the R1.6-billion project features 32 floors, along with new usable office and retail space of 52,000 square metres, and can approximately house 3,000 people.
