A festival of trends and ideas at Homemakers Expo

If your home has not yet reached its full potential the Johannesburg Homemakers Expo is one show not to be missed. On the home lifestyle excellence scale this show is a 10-plus and anyone who has an interest in the well-being of their home must visit it.

This is South Africa's biggest display of what is on offer for homes, featuring more than 570 stands brimming with trends and ideas for the home. Exhibits on show range from home improvement products to extraordinary and novel décor ideas for the home, inside and out.

This year's show features a new and exciting attraction, the Smart Home. This home displays all that modern day living should and can be. Fully automated and fitted with the latest in home automation, entertainment, flooring, décor and much more. This feature will show visitors what is on offer to smarten one's home.

At the ever popular demo area experts will give advice and part with trade secrets on various aspects of your home. Come and listen to talks on paint techniques, décor trends and gardening, among others.

Diarise 24 to 27 February as the expo is on for four days only at the Coca-Cola Dome in Northgate. And if you visit on either the Thursday or the Friday you are in for a special treat, as on each of these days one lucky show visitor will win a cool R10 000 in cash to spend on their home.
