Lights by Linea lights up the CTICC at Cape Homemakers Expo

Lights by Linea, one of the leading lighting suppliers in the Western Cape, will once again be light years ahead by presenting the first-ever light show at the Cape Homemakers Expo, from 24 to 27 August 2006.

A spectacular 10-minute choreographed light and sound installation will take place at the top of each hour at the Lights by Linea stand. Using the latest technology, the installation will be one of the highlights at this year's Expo and will be on par with international shows of this kind.

The stand this year will take the form of a nightclub lounge, which will place the lighting show in context. Visitors will be invited to relax and enjoy the show, as well as view the decorative fittings displayed on the stand.

An eclectic range of lighting has been selected for this year's stand. It will include the latest in LED technology and some very unusual decorative pieces including Philippe Starck's enormous "Superarchimoon", as well as the 18K gold plated "Table Gun" from his controversial Gun collection. Flos lighting, the manufacturers of the Gun collection, donate 20% of the gross sales from the range to the Fratelli dell'Uomo Association, a NGO promoting social and economic development.

Don't miss this exciting opportunity to see the first ever light show at the Cape Homemakers Expo - open to all visitors to the show. And remember to take the time to view the exciting exhibition of lighting design competition finalists, also sponsored by Lights by Linea.
