The upgrade will ensure payment transactions are uniform, quick and easy, and that the funds are delivered efficiently and effectively to pensioners. The GPAA required the assistance of ZAG to communicate these changes positively to ensure that employees embrace and adopt the new approach.
ZAG uses entertainment to communicate messages in a way that employees will understand with engaging and interactive presentations. ZAG's attention-grabbing thirty minute performances by artists and dancers including the Show Stoppaz and Indigenous Dance Academy (IDA) communicated the key values for the GPAA employees to uphold while adopting and embracing the change in processes.
ZAG also provided the stage, lighting, sound and screens for the presentation and performances as part of their workplace theatre package.
