Only having two weeks to put the event together and not having control over the artists' logistics.What was the highlight of the awards?
It was their first live broadcast and Blue Moon was producing it - it was a very proud moment.Your job seems very glamorous - is it?
The end product is fabulous and I love the moment when the client walks in and says, "Wow!" But the preparations are very thorough and can be stressful.If you could choose to produce any event in the world, what would it be?
The American Music Awards (AMAs) and the Grammy Awards.How would you describe your leadership style?
I would say it's a work in progress. I am very demanding of my team and when it's work time we work very hard, but we play hard as well.What do you enjoy most about what you do?

I go to the spa for a full day of pampering, and spend time with my son.What are you looking forward to in the next couple of months?
