According to Sharlene Vallance, the ABF's fundraiser, each game played took a different format, evening out the odds and the teams. "The scores were quite a sight, as was the bowling, which didn't quite go straight for the pins," says Vallance.
Oracle A and Media Compete could be heard cheering for their teams from a distance, which got even louder after a beer and pizza lunch.
The second game, a strike three, six, nine combination, saw just about everyone getting a high score, but Oracle A and MediaCompete were worried about the fantastic display of bowling from Mindshare and Websend.
Game three and four saw Mindshare and Websend continue their winning streak, whilst MediaCompete was gaining ground. "This was quite something to see, especially as the last game was played with no lights on the lanes," adds Vallance.
Whilst Websend came second to Mindshare, MediaCompete's S.W.A.T. team took the best-dressed prize, and Oracle A had the best spirit by far.
