We are New Media, an award-winning South African content agency. Our mission is to create the emotional connections between brands and audiences that improve customer affinity and retention and engage employees.

We operate in three areas: content marketing, internal communications and B2B publishing. Our core services to our clients are content strategy and production, coupled with insights and analytics.

The clients we work with include blue-chip companies and leading names such as Woolworths, MultiChoice, Ackermans, Mediclinic, Toyota/Lexus, Vodacom, FNB, AB InBev and Nestlé. Our own brands are Eat Out and Food24 - which together encompass the largest food audience in SA - and SA's most beautiful magazine, VISI. Additionally, New Media's Johannesburg division is the largest B2B publisher in Southern Africa, reaching over 500 000 readers a month in almost all sectors.

Our roots go back to the dawn of branded publishing in 1998 and we have since grown into a digital-first agency owned by Media24.
